Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in
Revenue Cloud (RCA)
and Sales Cloud to support ongoing enhancements and integrations across a complex revenue ecosystem. This role will focus on building and supporting custom functionality tied to opportunity management, revenue lifecycle, and downstream integrations into Tableau and MuleSoft. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions within
Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (RCA) Support custom development tied to opportunity management (OMT) Build integrations and data flows between Salesforce, Tableau, and MuleSoft Customize workflows, Apex, Lightning components, and automation Collaborate with architects and integration teams on system design Qualifications
5+ years Salesforce Development experience Strong experience with
Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
or CPQ Experience with
Sales Cloud Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs Experience working in integrated environments (Tableau, MuleSoft preferred) Strong understanding of revenue lifecycle processes
