Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum required years of experience: 5+ YEO Footwear design with performance fro technical and design

Education requirements:

Must have skills:

• Covering 5 categories in Jordan and performance - global football (soccer), American football, baseball, athletics training, and golf
• Bringing street wear into athletic footwear spaces - all of the performance with 100% style
• Portfolio: distinct style edge, style driven mood boards, technical performance footwear, finger on the pulse of culture, clear connection from inspo to outcome, comfortable getting technical

Nice to have skills:

• Cleats experience
• Knows how athletes interact with footwear products
• Software/technical requirements:
