Seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Treasury Director to lead our enterprise treasury function and play a critical role in shaping our cash and liquidity strategy. About the Role
As Treasury Director, you will oversee all aspects of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and treasury infrastructure. You will lead a high‑performing team while modernizing systems, strengthening controls, and delivering data‑driven insights that elevate decision‑making across the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Enterprise Treasury Operations
- Oversee cash forecasting, liquidity management, bank administration, payment processing, unclaimed property, and treasury reporting. Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and effective treasury policies.
- Drive Strategic Liquidity Planning
- Partner with senior leadership, Actuarial, and Investment teams to deliver accurate forecasting and enterprise‑wide liquidity insights.
- Own Banking Relationships
- Serve as the primary relationship owner with banking partners, optimizing structures, services, and performance.
- Lead Treasury Transformation
- Drive system implementations and process improvements, including treasury technology enhancements, vendor selection, and cross‑functional project execution.
- Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
- Develop talent, set clear goals, and foster a collaborative, service‑oriented culture focused on execution and continuous improvement.
- Advance Data‑Driven Treasury Capabilities
- Identify key metrics, evaluate emerging technologies, and enhance operational efficiency and controls across the function.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required)
- 12–15+ years of progressive treasury or finance experience, including leadership roles
- Deep experience within the life insurance industry , with strong knowledge of insurance cash flows and regulatory frameworks
- Proven success leading treasury operations, banking initiatives, and system transformations in regulated environments
- Professional certifications such as CTP, CPA, or CFA are a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
