Position Overview
The firm is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager with strong technical experience in corporate tax provision and partnership taxation. This individual will play a key role in supporting the firm’s expanding client base and helping lead complex tax engagements. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and review corporate tax provision (ASC 740) work
- Prepare and review corporate and partnership tax returns (1065, 1120/1120S)
- Manage and mentor staff; review work and provide technical guidance
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and build strong relationships
- Assist with tax planning and advisory services for business clients
- Collaborate with leadership on engagement strategy and client growth
Qualifications
- CPA or JD preferred
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong experience with corporate tax provision (ASC 740)
- Experience with partnership returns (1065) and pass‑through entities
- Proven ability to manage engagements and work directly with clients
- Strong communication and leadership skills
