We’re hiring multiple experienced Senior Tax Managers to lead client engagements, provide strategic tax guidance, and mentor staff across a diverse portfolio of closely held businesses.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review federal and state business and individual tax returns
- Provide tax planning, projections, and strategic guidance to clients
- Manage a book of business and build strong client relationships
- Research tax issues and stay current on changing tax laws
- Mentor and oversee staff; support team development
- Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, EA, or JD required
- 8+ busy seasons in public accounting (individual + business returns)
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance and planning
- Experience with Thomson Reuters suite preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
