Job Overview

A leading Am Law firm seeks a talented Intellectual Property and Technology Associate to join its dynamic New York office. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle complex trademark, copyright, and technology‑related matters while working closely with industry‑leading partners. Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in federal court litigation involving trademarks, copyrights, and related IP matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; argue motions in court.
• Manage and support expert witnesses and assist with case preparation for trial.
• Conduct UDRP and TTAB proceedings.
• Advise clients on trademark, copyright, and data privacy issues.
• Develop and execute enforcement strategies for IP assets both domestically and internationally.
• Participate in mediation and settlement negotiations to resolve complex disputes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of litigation experience, ideally in IP or related practice areas.
• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the New York Bar and in good standing.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills under demanding deadlines.
