Compensation: $155,000 – $190,000 annually + Bonus Eligibility

We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Treasury to lead enterprise-wide liquidity management, optimize cash flow, and strengthen financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where your contributions directly support organizational resilience and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily treasury operations and transactions
- Manage and mentor treasury team members
- Oversee liquidity strategy and short‑term investment initiatives
- Maintain and enhance banking and investment manager relationships
- Collaborate with the CFO on investment portfolio oversight
- Forecast cash flow and prepare weekly reporting packages
- Negotiate banking services and fees
- Implement new technologies to streamline treasury operations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Previous experience working in the Insurance or Financial Services industry
Preferred:
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar certification
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
- Advanced financial analysis and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and GAAP
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to drive change and improve processes
