Tax Senior Manager - Construction & Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the annual tax compliance for business and individual clients, including planning, scheduling, projections, extensions, responses to tax notices, research, drafting client memoranda, calculating quarterly estimated payments, and billing.
• Reviewing and signing tax returns for S‑corporations, C‑corporations, Partnerships, and individuals for accuracy, tax‑saving opportunities, and exposure identification.
• Supervising and training staff and interns assigned to these engagements.
• Owning the status of all assigned projects to ensure client delivery and statutory filing deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or Bar License required.
• 10+ years of recent public accounting tax compliance experience, with construction industry expertise.
• Experience with S‑corporations, C‑corporations, Partnerships, and Individual taxation required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills within an organization.
• Experience with routine accounting assistance preferred but not required.
• Qualified individuals must reside in or near the Metro Denver area or be willing to relocate.
• Flexible scheduling around peak times is available, with potential for remote work and reduced hours.

Compensation

Salary Range: $140,000.00 – $202,000.00 (based on geographic location).
