They are looking to hire a Tax Manager and are also open to a Senior Tax Manager. For the right person, there is a clear and realistic path toward Partnership over time.
Where this firm really stands apart is how they treat time and workload. Busy season hours are capped at 55 per week and that cap is genuinely respected in practice, not just written down.
Outside of busy season, you have around 200 hours of flexible time off, front loaded from day one, plus 16 firm holidays. The firm is fully closed and paid for the entire week of July 4th and the full week of Thanksgiving. When you add it all up, it works out to roughly 8.5 weeks off a year.
The work itself is broad and varied. This is a generalist tax role supporting clients across government contracting, nonprofit, manufacturing, real estate, and hospitality. You are not boxed into a narrow niche unless you want to be over time.
