Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate or Vice President to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proven track record in deal execution, and the ability to build relationships with management teams and intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support deal sourcing, due diligence, and financial modeling.
- Prepare and present investment memoranda to the investment committee.
- Negotiate transaction terms and assist in structuring deals.
- Work closely with portfolio companies to drive operational improvements and strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries, lenders, and industry professionals.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
