International Tax Director

Responsibilities
- Direct all areas of U.S., Canadian, and U.K. international taxation including compliance, controversy, reporting, and disclosures
- Review Canadian and UK tax returns along with externally and internally prepared financial statement reporting for UK/Canadian operations
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual transfer pricing methods, calculations, true-ups, and contemporaneous documentation preparation
- Develop and update transfer pricing policies and manage tax controversy and bilateral procedures
- Partner with external auditors for quarterly and annual tax provision processes for international tax and transfer pricing
- Collaborate with other accounting & finance departments to ensure budgets and forecasts reflect current tax and transfer pricing status.
- Manage a team of three tax managers
- Identify areas of improvement and tax planning opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years of international tax experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required along with continued education (CPA, MST, JD, LLM)
- Minimum of 4 years of people leadership experience, managing tax teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving capabilities
- Hybrid work model, 3 days onsite
