Sr. Product Analyst
LPL Financial is seeking a Sr. Product Analyst to provide leadership across a portfolio of supervision‑related products and enterprise initiatives that strengthen the firm’s risk posture. The role will serve as a strategic bridge between business and technology teams, guiding product vision and ensuring delivery of high‑value, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
Support the strategic vision for supervision and the business.
Support the end‑to‑end product lifecycle strategy, from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise fraud and risk objectives.
Partner with the Product Manager to support multi‑year roadmaps, key capabilities, and investments needed to modernize LPL’s fraud ecosystem.
Break down strategic initiatives into actionable user stories, prioritizing the backlog based on risk, enterprise value, operational impact, and technical dependencies.
Collaborate with technology teams to define acceptance criteria, delivery expectations, and quality standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure the team is empowered with clear direction, timely decisions, and removal of blockers.
Validate delivered functionality, ensuring product increments meet business and risk‑mitigation objectives.
Represent the product and the Scrum Team in cross‑program, cross‑product, and enterprise planning discussions.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management, risk management, fintech, or financial services.
3+ years of product‑ownership experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
Experience with fraud‑mitigation platforms, case‑management systems, rule engines, risk‑scoring tools, or machine‑learning‑driven fraud models.
Strong understanding of fraud types, including account takeover, identity theft, ACH/wire fraud, money movement fraud, check fraud, application fraud, and scams.
Knowledge of Agile methods, product lifecycle management, and delivery best practices.
Ability to work in high‑stakes, fast‑moving environments involving real‑time risk and operational dependencies.
Demonstrated success driving outcomes across cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to assess tradeoffs among cost, performance, risk, and timeline.
Proven ability to transform strategies into scalable product capabilities.
Preferences
Certified Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO) preferred.
Pay Range
$80,726-$134,544/year. Base salary varies based on experience, education, performance, and geographic location. Total Rewards includes 401(k) matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more.
