Community Association Manager (CAM) ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Community: Nestled on 1700 acres just north of Immokalee Road this gated enclave of 1,184 single family homes, condos and coach Houses brings a touch of the Mediterranean to Southwest Florida with regional‑inspired architecture, lush landscaping, serene lakes, and fabulous resort‑style amenities that include a full‑time lifestyle director who is located on site. Originally designed by Chris Wilczynski, a partner and design associate with Arthur Hills/Steve Forrest and Associates for nearly 20 years. He teamed with Arthur Hills to complete approximately 20 golf course design projects ranging from upscale public, private and resort courses to residential golf communities and golf renovation projects. Chris's professional background and experience allow him to provide golf course architectural design and consulting to the entire golf industry.
Responsibilities As an Esplanade CAM, you must be eager to provide one‑on‑one customer service with the understanding that you represent the face of a company. You will be responsible for the overall homeowner experience and daily life within the community focused on providing exceptional service to assure the needs of the members and guests are always exceeded.
General Purpose:
Directs and oversees all aspects of club or facility including its activities and relationships between guests, associates and community. Has the ultimate responsibility for maximum member and guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Coordinates Internal Resources and oversees vendors to maintain neighborhood and common area landscaping as well as neighborhood and common area clean up
Manages Community Security and Greeter's Cottage, including overall property access for members, guests and construction
Manages the process of repair and maintenance of roads, street signage and lighting, trail system and storm water retention areas
Oversees reserve study for Community Association assets
Oversees the coordination of Association and Neighborhood communications
Assists with collection of dues, assessments and other charges also sending reminder letters as needed
Partners with Community Association Board, coordinate and attend Board meetings, track board minutes and resolutions.
Tracks and maintains financial, compliance and corporate records, recorded membership and disclosure statements as well as governing documents
Maintains Board training and planned Community statue compliance
Maintains certifications and education that pertain to the role and responsibilities
Partners with executive leadership to manage insurance coverage
May also require:
Customarily and regularly directs, supervises, and evaluates the work of two or more full‑time associates, or their equivalent. Such responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplinary actions, in coordination; and
Exercises independent judgment in managing staff to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Community Association, including, but not limited to delegation of tasks and responsibilities
Perform other duties as required
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements
Proven leadership/supervisory experience
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
Highly organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask
Capacity to plan, organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
Proficient in information technology; Outlook, Microsoft platforms and industry‑related programs
Education / Experience
Must be a licensed Florida Community Association Manager
Two (2) to three (3) years of CAM or related business experience highly preferred.
Outstanding customer service, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Compensation
Commensurate with experience.
In addition to the base salary, compensation also includes an annual performance bonus potential.
