What You'll Do:You’ll help maintain the high standards of our community by:* Keeping common areas, amenities, and grounds clean and tidy* Preparing vacant units for new residents—including the chance to **learn and assist with AMLI's make-ready process*** Maintaining curb appeal by raking, sweeping, and seasonal upkeep* Caring for the pool and related equipment* Handling trash removal and maintaining exterior lighting* Taking care of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment### ### ### ###
What We’re Looking For:* At least **1 year of work experience** (experience in custodial or cleaning work is a plus!)* Comfortable lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs* A positive attitude and pride in your work!### ### ### ###
