Property Manager The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the property, as well as the hiring and development of their team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Motivate and hold accountable a team of employees, including leasing and maintenance staff
Ensure that all prospects, residents, and family members have positive interactions with team members
Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and securing premises
Oversee and execute building operations
Oversee budgeted financial expectations including rent collections, occupancy expectations, and expense guidelines
Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits
Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Recruit and develop team members, providing continuous learning opportunities
Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle as required; candidates must be willing and able to drive for work‐related purposes
Work in a high‑pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and demonstrating effective interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management
Strong Microsoft Excel skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position typically operates indoors in an air‑conditioned office with a mixture of natural, incandescent, and fluorescent light.
You may be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow; occasional exposure to extreme conditions (high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, heavy rain) may occur while performing outdoor tasks.
You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
