Overview
Rate: $17.50 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Monthly new lease and renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.
Are you a sales and customer service superstar? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you on our leasing team at our 252-unit luxury apartment community just minutes from US-319, in Tallahassee! As a Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.
Requirements
At least 1 year of leasing experience preferred.
Sales experience with strong closing skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Self-starter with an outgoing, professional, and goal-oriented approach.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Professional appearance with verifiable professional and personal references.
Proficiency in social media, typing (30 WPM), and computer programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs.
Availability to work 3–4 Saturdays per month.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
Responsibilities
Greeting visitors and residents
Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
Selling features and amenities to prospective residents
Showing apartments
Securing leases

Work Hours: M-F 7:45 am - 5:00 pm; Sat 9:45 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid FL Driver’s License
