The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations to ensure commercial construction projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional with experience in ground-up and fit-out projects who wants stability, a strong pipeline of work, and leadership support.

Description
Site Supervision:
Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Team Leadership:
Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and internal project teams
Safety Compliance:
Enforce site safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
Schedule Management:
Maintain project schedules, daily logs, and progress reporting
Documentation:
Oversee site work, inspections, milestones, and punch lists
Quality Control:
Ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and local codes
Profile
2-5 years of construction experience, preferably on commercial projects
Experience with ground-up and/or interior fit-out construction (commercial projects preferred)
Site work / utilities experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated job tenure and commitment (minimal job-hopping)
Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
Willingness to learn and grow—highly motivated "green" candidates with strong drive and curiosity will be considered
Ability to travel as needed (hotel, per diem, and travel expenses provided when applicable)
Job Offer
Competitive Base Salary: up to 130K (commensurate with experience)
