entry level Public Relations & Communications Assistant

The Public Relations & Communications Assistant plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of
strategic communication initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand events , while serving as a key liaison between the organization, clients, and the public.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing
strategic marketing and public relations plans
with business partners
Support the planning and execution of
PR campaigns, brand initiatives, and promotional events
Serve as a day-to-day
client contact and brand ambassador , ensuring clear and professional communication
Contribute creative ideas to generate
media coverage, influencer engagement, and brand visibility
Assist the event team in coordinating
on-site and off-site events and activations
Monitor industry trends and news, providing insights and
actionable recommendations
Support internal and external communications across multiple departments
Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Writing, Multimedia, or a related field preferred
1+ year of experience in PR, marketing, communications, customer service, or events preferred (not required for strong entry-level candidates)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment
Confident public speaking and interpersonal communication abilities
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative PR and marketing ideas
Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude
