Job Summary The Enrollment Specialist plays an integral role in supporting the growth and success of AssuranceSD and its portfolio of businesses. As the first point of contact for the customer, you will successfully onboard new participants, workers, and vendors into the referred program, with a focus on detail and data accuracy. Responsibilities include processing enrollment packets, entering data, maintaining integrity, and ensuring system‑of‑record accuracy.

Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities
Support 30‑35 incoming enrollments per month, maintaining them until successful conversion
Complete enrollment packets accurately and in a timely manner
Conduct in‑person enrollment (approximately 50% driving)
Ensure end‑to‑end enrollment process accuracy
Enter data into Smartsheet and other systems, including packet pre‑population and final system of record entry
Use MS Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint) for documentation and communication
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
De‑escalate tier‑one issues and overcome enrollment blockers (e.g., rescheduling, EIN errors)
Adaptability: pivot as needed, assist with projects, and demonstrate learning agility
Time management: prioritize, schedule, and complete tasks efficiently
Position Qualifications
One‑year relevant experience
Computer proficiency
Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record (MVR check)
Current vehicle insurance
Pass a Caregiver Background Check
Reside in Juneau or Monroe County, Wisconsin
