
Investment Sales Associate – Brooklyn (Commercial Real Estate Broker)

IPRG has closed over $4 billion in NYC investment sales transactions, averaging one to two closings every week. We're growing our Brooklyn team and looking for the right people to grow with us.
What You'll Be Doing You’ll operate as a broker within the Brooklyn market, working alongside senior deal-makers to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Cold calling building owners and prospective clients
Generating and managing listing leads
Performing property valuations and market analyses
Attending and coordinating property tours
Canvassing your market and building your pipeline
Leveraging our proprietary database loaded with every NYC owner, transaction, and property data point

New agents go through an intensive 3-month onboarding program with daily training sessions, role-plays, and workshops covering cold calling, property valuation, and deal negotiation. Built by brokers, for brokers, developed by a team with over 1,200 closed transactions. All agents receive ongoing coaching and development through their first 24 months and beyond.
Mentorship.
You’ll work directly alongside some of the most recognized brokers in NYC, proven deal-makers with a decade or more of experience who are still actively closing transactions.
