This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between internal teams and client accounts. Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records
Coordinate communications between clients and internal departments
Prepare reports, documentation, and account updates as needed
Monitor account activity to ensure timely follow-ups and service delivery
Support account managers in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data accuracy
Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
