HR Benefits Specialist - Salt Lake City, UT
Zions Bank seeks an HR Benefits Specialist to join our HR team at the Salt Lake City headquarters. The role supports employee benefits with full benefits starting on day one.
You will bring the skills necessary for:
Provide customer service, clerical, and administrative support for corporate benefits
Assist in processing and tracking benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations
Prepare benefit documentation for new hires and current employees
Enter benefits information into Internet Enrollment Systems, ensuring data integrity
Advise employees on questions regarding benefits processes and procedures
Produce required reports
Advocate for employees on benefit matters
Qualifications:
Experience in employee benefits, human resources, or related field
Basic knowledge of departmental functions, benefits, HR, PCs, and customer service skills
High school diploma or GED
Benefits:
