$60,000 to $64,000/year (depending on experience)
Quarterly NOI Bonus up to $1,200
Monthly Delinquency Bonuses
Yearly raises up to 5%
401k planning and pre‑tax contributions including a 3% matching component.

Your Daily Impact:
Lead, coach, and support your onsite team
Drive leasing performance and maintain high occupancy
Oversee financials, budgeting, and expense control
Manage rent collection and delinquencies
Create and execute marketing strategies to attract residents
Build positive resident relationships and boost retention
Coordinate vendor services and approve invoices
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
2+ years of multifamily property management experience (preferred)
Ability to work some Saturdays as needed
Experience managing a team of 4+ employees
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Budgeting and financial reporting experience
Knowledge of fair housing and property management laws
Computer proficiency (Yardi, Excel, or similar software)
A people‑first mindset and passion for creating great communities
Background check
Drug screening (THC not tested)
Credit review
Valid Driver’s License
