Mortgage Loan Processor (Intermediate Level)
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to deliver high‑quality service throughout the residential lending process. This role supports members from application through closing, ensuring loans are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements. Key Responsibilities
Process and review loan files for 1st Mortgages, Home Equity Loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC), Construction, Lot, and Home Improvement Loans (purchase and refinance). Review loan conditions including appraisal, title, flood certifications, and income documentation. Calculate basic income and verify financial documentation. Prepare and distribute initial disclosures in compliance with TRID and federal guidelines. Order and track third‑party documentation (appraisals, title, flood). Prepare closing packages and coordinate loan closings. Manage loan pipeline and workflow to meet required timelines. Complete loan funding and provide first‑level escalation support. Maintain proactive communication with members, branch staff, and internal partners. Additional Duties
Support HELOC and Home Improvement Loan draw conversions. Monitor HELOC expirations and prepare required 3‑ and 9‑month notices. Qualifications
3+ years of mortgage or home equity loan processing experience. Experience with first‑time purchase and equity loans required. Strong knowledge of Texas 1st Mortgage and Home Equity lending requirements. Working knowledge of Dodd‑Frank, ATR, and TRID regulations. Familiarity with loan origination systems (FISERV Velocity, OSI/DNA a plus). Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills. Detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Experience Level

Pay range: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour.
