Product Management Intern

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM SUMMARY The internship program will begin on Monday, June 8th and end on Monday, August 24th in our midtown Manhattan office. This is a paid internship with a salary of $18 per hour.
The Product Management Intern will learn foundational product management and user‑centered design practices by supporting the product team’s day‑to‑day work. This role will assist product managers and product designers across a range of activities, gaining exposure to product discovery, prioritization, product design principles, and delivery workflows.
The intern will work closely with product managers, content managers, product designers, and engineers to understand how customer insights translate into product decisions. Through this experience, the intern will contribute to UX research, feature and requirements documentation, CMS updates, analytics specifications, and Figma upkeep.
In addition, the intern will gain hands‑on experience using Figma, including maintaining design files, supporting component updates, and ensuring overall design system organization and hygiene.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with UX research activities and support synthesis of findings into actionable insights
Contribute to feature and requirements documentation, including user stories and supporting materials
Support CMS updates and assist in defining analytics tracking specifications
Maintain and organize Figma files, including design artifacts and component libraries
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, content managers, designers, and engineers
Participate in product discovery and support prioritization and delivery efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified interns fall under one of the following categories:
Rising Senior
Recent 2026 Undergraduate
Must be available to participate in the program, beginning June 8th through August 24th
Must have the ability to work Monday–Thursday from 9am–5pm (with a one‑hour unpaid lunch break) and Fridays from 9am–12:30pm (31.50 hours per week)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Some intern assignments will require familiarity with department specific software
Willingness to learn product management and UX design tools such as Figma and CMS platforms
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have the ability to provide recommendation letters from school and/or previous employer
No prior professional experience required; this program is designed for entry‑level candidates
