Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or Facilities Management or a related field **AND** eight (8) years in a building trade including three (3) years of experience as a crew lead, supervisor, foreman, superintendent; **OR** High School diploma or GED equivalent **AND** twelve (12) years of journey-level skilled trades experience in building operations, maintenance, construction or engineering including three (3) years of experience as a supervisor or lead worker.Intellectual Demands: confidentiality, ability to work under pressure, ability to articulate and communicate information in conversations, ability to follow written instruction, and ability to follow verbal instruction.**“AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER”
