Senior Assistant Property Manager – Office Portfolio
Location: Atlanta, GA
Our client, a well-established, owner-operated real estate investment and management firm, is seeking a Senior Assistant Property Manager to support a portfolio of office assets. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded organization with a strong ownership presence and long-term investment strategy.
Important: This role is strictly focused on office properties.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of a Class A office portfolio
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
Assist with lease administration, including abstracts, renewals, and tracking critical dates
Coordinate maintenance and vendor services; oversee work orders and ensure timely completion
Review and code invoices, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure asset quality and compliance
Assist with tenant improvement projects and capital expenditures
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, tenants, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
3+ years of commercial property management experience, specifically with
office assets
Strong understanding of lease administration, financial reporting, and property operations
Experience supporting Class A or institutional-quality office buildings preferred
Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
