Overview We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multi-family, tax credit property. This role is responsible for managing on-site activities, supporting residents, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily property operations and ensure a safe, well-maintained community
Supervise on-site staff and coordinate property activities
Lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations efforts
Manage move-ins, move-outs, and tenant concerns
Collect, review, and process rent payments and financial records
Maintain property reports and ensure compliance with housing regulations
Handle administrative duties related to property management
Qualifications
3+ years of property management experience
Experience with tax credit properties required
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
