Account Manager – Title & Escrow
MOHR Talent, Saint Joseph, MO, United States
Account Manager – Title & Escrow
Buchanan, MI | $50,000 base salary + Uncapped commission
OTE $100K Year 1 (with provided book of business) $100K+ after Year 1 with territory growth
We’re partnering with a well‑established, nationally recognized title and escrow organization with decades of market presence and strong long‑term expansion plans. This is a growth‑focused sales role in Southwest Michigan for someone who knows how to build relationships, protect accounts, and drive revenue in the real estate ecosystem.
This isn’t a “start from zero” sales job. You’ll be handed an active book of business that should put you just under six figures in year one. From there, the expectation is simple: grow it. The commission structure is uncapped, and those who develop new relationships and expand market share should clear six figures in year two.
If you’re competitive, relationship‑driven, and comfortable owning a territory, this is built for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospect new real estate agents, lenders, builders, and referral partners.
Increase market share within assigned accounts while protecting existing relationships.
Maintain consistent prospecting activity to build and manage a strong pipeline.
Meet or exceed individual performance benchmarks and revenue goals.
Retain and grow at‑risk relationships through proactive communication and objection handling.
Submit accurate, complete title orders following established workflows.
Partner with operations, processing, and closing teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain visibility into file progress and proactively communicate with clients.
Deliver a high‑touch, professional closing experience that drives repeat business.
Conduct presentations, trainings, and educational sessions for clients.
Represent the organization at networking events, community functions, and industry gatherings.
Stay current on local market trends, regulatory updates, and transaction changes.
What They’re Looking For
2+ years of sales experience with direct client interaction.
Real estate industry experience strongly preferred (title & escrow, mortgage, builder/developer sales, P&C insurance, or home warranty).
Strong local market knowledge in Southwest Michigan.
Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Customer‑focused communicator who builds trust quickly.
Comfortable presenting in group settings and building brand presence.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and required licensing (or willingness to obtain).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and basic social media use.
Who This Role Is Perfect For
A real estate sales professional who already understands how deals move.
Someone who thrives on autonomy and controlling their own income.
A relationship‑builder who knows referrals are everything.
A competitive closer who doesn’t want a capped commission structure.
Someone ready to leverage a warm book of business while building something bigger.
