to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound calls and schedule HVAC service and installation appointments Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules Maintain accurate customer records and job details in software systems Communicate effectively with technicians, installers, and management Assist with follow-ups, confirmations, and customer satisfaction calls What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of customer service experience (HVAC or home services preferred) Strong phone and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and scheduling/dispatch software Highly organized with strong attention to detail Dependable with consistent attendance What We Offer:
