What You'll Do:

Engage residents in meaningful, individualized activities by assisting with planning, adapting programs, and encouraging participation using supportive, therapeutic techniques.

Ensure resident safety, dignity, and confidentiality while assisting with activities, outings, meals, hydration, and daily household operations.

Communicate professionally with residents, families, volunteers, and care team members, reporting resident concerns and participating in required meetings and trainings.

What You'll Need:

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Experience working with older adults, Alzheimer's, and dementia (preferred).

Experience in a related field (preferred).
