What You’ll Do

Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers

Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day)

Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools

Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans

Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions

Create excitement and enthusiasm among prospects through consultative selling

Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities

Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships

Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Solve customer challenges, sometimes with limited guidance, using creativity and initiative

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry

A proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals
