What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls for the Service Department
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Follow up with customers on service needs and reminders
Use CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions
Maintain accurate records and notes
Provide a friendly, professional customer experience on every call
Assist with reports and daily administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Call center or customer service experience preferred
Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
High School Diploma or GED required
