
Brand Marketing Associate, Influencer & Social

This role is hybrid and requires 2 days a week on-site in our Shelton, CT office. Remote candidates will not be considered
Responsibilities
Support social and influencer strategy to meet KPIs and objectives, always optimizing performance to enhance brand visibility, increase engagement, drive traffic to site, and improve our overall brand presence
Lead social media calendar and work closely with internal and external partners to ideate new ways to represent the brand across social media
Utilize social media scheduling platform to coordinate posts and link in bio updates
Create content to support organic TikTok strategy, tapping into trending audios in an authentic way to drive brand affinity, engagement and views
Own day-to-day community management across Timex Group social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X), working closely with Customer Service to escalate customer inquiries and maintain social response playbook that aligns with brand voice
Respond and engage with social comments, DMs, and emails in a timely manner including nights/weekends and report back findings and commentary to Product and Brand teams
Build relationships with community and initiate conversation in the wild to grow our organic footprint and drive positive sentiment and cultural relevance
Identify and fulfill surprise and delight opportunities to foster brand loyalty, engagement, and advocacy
Monitor social channels for relevant trends and pop culture moments and recommend where to engage
Support data-driven strategies to drive reach and engagement across social and influencers
Lead end-to-end influencer programs including campaign briefs, sourcing, outreach and negotiating with creators and program-specific partners, adhering to campaign timelines, creating affiliate links, providing content feedback and disseminating content across business teams
Own and continuously optimize quarterly ambassador program to drive quality content across key franchises, brand awareness and traffic to the website
Gather inbound interest for influencer partnerships and affiliate channels to excite, inform, and engage existing and prospective creators and their communities
Develop influencer mailer kits, including unboxing concepts, coordinating samples, and facilitating pack outs and shipments
Curate organic seeding lists for key launches and collabs, mine for UGC and obtain permission to repost based on brand guidelines
Pull social and influencer campaign performance reporting and assist in analysis to create actionable insights
Keep up to date on emerging trends, technologies, platforms, and global influencers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field
1+ years professional working experience, preferably in a global brand or marketing/advertising agency
Strong social media and influencer experience with fashion/retail landscape across TikTok and Instagram required
Willingness to film and be featured in TikTok videos
Proficiency in social editing, influencer management and reporting tools (i.e. Canva, CapCut, Later, Aspire, etc.)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Positive attitude and desire to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work effectively cross functionally
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
