
Supplier Relations Manager

This position is within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients. As a Supplier Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships with key suppliers to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain operations. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize supplier performance, mitigate risks, and support the company’s strategic sourcing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships aligned with company goals.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and resolve supply issues.
Identify potential new suppliers and conduct supplier evaluations and audits.
Manage supplier risk by assessing financial stability, compliance, and operational capabilities.
Support sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier or vendor management, preferably in professional services or related industries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and manage supplier performance metrics.
Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience with sustainability initiatives and ethical sourcing is a plus.
