Construction Estimator
Location: Easton Massachusetts
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $75K-$120K
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive project bids, reviewing and interpreting blueprints and specifications, and coordinating with internal design and fabrication teams. The role also involves communication with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure scope, pricing, and project requirements are properly aligned.
Qualifications
Experience in construction estimating and bid preparation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Knowledge of metal fabrication and installation processes preferred
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam required
