About the Role
Senior Performance Manager responsible for the execution, optimisation, and performance of the company’s paid marketing channels.
What you’ll be doing
Own the strategy and performance of paid acquisition channels.
Manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Identify opportunities to scale profitable acquisition while maintaining efficiency.
Oversee campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
Continuously optimise campaigns to improve conversion rates and acquisition costs.
Implement testing frameworks across ads, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively.
Ensure strong return on marketing investment.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
Manage and mentor PPC executives.
Ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and performance targets are met.
Support team development and capability building.
Deliver clear reporting on paid marketing performance.
Translate campaign data into actionable optimisation opportunities.
Work with the Growth & Strategy Lead to identify strategic growth opportunities.
Work with the SEO & CRM Manager to align acquisition and retention strategies.
Collaborate with the UX Lead to support landing page testing and conversion optimisation.
Support implementation of wider growth initiatives.
Required skills & experience
Proven experience in paid acquisition / performance marketing.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Experience managing paid marketing budgets at scale.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4 or similar analytics tools.
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
Ability to translate performance data into optimisation actions.
