Entry-Level Brand Ambassador
Charlotte, NC Live Events & Promotions
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, being active during the day, and representing brands in a professional, approachable way.
An events and promotions business is currently being represented in the search for one Entry-Level Brand Ambassador to support face-to-face campaigns at live events across Charlotte. The position combines customer interaction with sales activity in a structured, event-based setting.
This is an in-person role based at organised promotional locations.
About the Opportunity The Entry-Level Brand Ambassador acts as the public face of campaigns, engaging customers at events and helping create a positive, welcoming experience. The role is well-suited to someone starting out who wants clear expectations, training, and a position where effort is visible.
Each event is planned in advance and supported by a wider team, offering variety without chaos and structure without monotony.
What the Role Looks Like Each event day begins with preparation and alignment. The Brand Ambassador arrives on site, helps get the space set up, and reviews the focus for the day so expectations are clear before customers arrive.
Once the event is live, the role becomes highly people-focused. The Brand Ambassador is present on the floor, starting conversations naturally, answering questions, and representing the brand in a way that feels confident and approachable. Some interactions are quick and informal, while others involve more detailed explanations—knowing how to adjust to each situation is part of the role.
Throughout the day, there is an emphasis on maintaining energy and professionalism. Staying engaged during quieter periods, responding well during busier moments, and contributing positively to the team environment all play a role in overall success.
The role also includes supporting the flow of the event as a whole. This means keeping the area organised and presentable, helping guide customers through the space, and ensuring the experience remains positive from start to finish. At the end of the day, the Brand Ambassador assists with closing down the event smoothly and professionally.
Rather than being measured only by time on site, success in this role is linked to consistency, communication, and contribution across the entire event day.
Pay & Training This position is paid weekly and is structured to reward consistency and effort. A base level of pay is provided, with opportunities to earn more through commission and bonuses during events.
Most people working a full event schedule earn around 700-850 per week.
Training and guidance are provided before campaigns start and continue throughout.
Progression With reliability and strong performance, there is an opportunity to take on additional responsibility over time, including supporting new starters or assisting with event coordination.

Application Process Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Candidates who progress can expect feedback or next steps within 1-3 business days of applying.
