Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Brokerage Associate, located in Milwaukee, WI. The Commercial Brokerage Associate will focus on supporting a range of real estate transactions across various property types. Daily responsibilities include client relationship management, conducting market research, identifying opportunities, preparing financial analyses, assisting in lease/sales negotiations, and collaborating with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. This role also involves maintaining professional communication with clients to understand their objectives and delivering customized real estate solutions.

Compensation This position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role and is fully commission-based, offering significant upside for individuals motivated to build a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage. The role is based in-office in Milwaukee, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and team integration. Associates will receive ongoing support, mentorship, and opportunities to participate in active listings and transactions. Successful candidates will be those who thrive in a self-directed, entrepreneurial environment while contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Experience or knowledge in commercial real estate brokerage and trading

Customer service skills to provide exceptional client experiences

Understanding of finance as it relates to real estate transactions, including analyzing market trends and evaluating property performanceAbility to work collaboratively in-office within a team and independently to drive results

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)

Proficiency in real estate software platforms and tools is a plus

Motivation to build strong professional relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment
