|| **Position Summary:** | || The Director of Donor Services provides leadership and oversight for donor services operations, ensuring accurate donor records, timely gift processing, and effective donor support systems. This role partners with Development leadership and teams to support fundraising efforts, donor stewardship, and data-informed decision making in alignment with the mission and values of Wheeler Mission. | | Competencies Required | | |* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field required* 5+ years of related experience* 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, including oversight of staff responsible for gift processing, receipting, and donor data management.* Experience supporting direct response fundraising, donor communications, and stewardship processes.* Previous advocacy experience and/or experience in a nonprofit setting preferred.* Proven track record in creating and implementing communications strategies with both fundraising and organizational awareness outcomes.* Demonstrated expertise in donor database systems (Raiser’s Edge or similar), including reporting, data integrity, and process oversight.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.* Christ-Centered Purpose* Faithful Stewardship* Excellence* Grace and Truth #J-18808-Ljbffr
