Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operating Model: Define and evolve the Commerce Cloud operating model. Align vision, business goals, and resource allocation across global engineering and product cohorts.
Executive Stewardship: Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and EVP/SVP‑level stakeholders, providing data‑driven insights to influence strategic decision‑making and risk mitigation.
Operational Excellence: Drive high‑cadence forums and deep‑dive reviews to unblock technical hurdles, streamline advance release planning, and ensure business‑critical milestones are met.
Organizational Transformation: Act as a catalyst for change within Product & Technology, fostering a culture of beginner’s‑mind innovation while maintaining the rigor of a world‑class SaaS delivery engine.
Portfolio Governance: Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the Agentforce Commerce Cloud portfolio, ensuring complex dependencies across scrum teams and divisions are seamlessly integrated.
People Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and elevate a world‑class team of TPMs, scaling their impact and aligning their growth with Salesforce’s long‑term AI strategy.
About You
Great Manager: You have a well established record of building and growing teams and managing leaders at the Sr Director level and being able to navigate personnel issues.
The Bridge Builder: You possess a rare ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into business value for non‑technical stakeholders.
Grace Under Pressure: You lead with composure in high‑stakes environments, lending a sense of humor and a solution‑oriented mindset.
The Innovator: You don’t just optimize the world as it is; you have a knack for architecting what could be in the realm of AI and automation.
Qualifications
10‑15+ years of professional experience leading large‑scale enterprise product programs in a fast‑paced environment.
5+ years of people management experience at the Director level or above, with a proven track record of building high‑output teams.
Deep SaaS Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the SaaS business model and Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles (SDLC) at massive scale.
Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive consensus across a global, matrixed organization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Master’s or MBA preferred.
Preferred Attributes
NPI Mastery: Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Go‑To‑Market (GTM) motions.
AI Fluency: Foundational knowledge or training in AI frameworks and their application in enterprise software.
Certified Leadership: Professional Agile Scrum certifications (CSP‑SM or CSP‑PO).

Compensation & Benefits The typical base salary range for this position is $191,100 - $320,600 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range is $228,600 - $348,600 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, equity or benefits. Salesforce offers a variety of benefits including time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program.
