Member Service Representative
Responsible for responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven contact center. Provide accurate information about the institution’s products and services, perform transactions on savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and advise members on additional products that fit their needs. Handle 80–100+ calls daily and maintain optimal member experience through active listening and system proficiency.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
2–3+ years of recent customer service experience in a call‑center, collections, or banking environment.
Ability to work in a fast‑pace, high‑volume call center.
Willingness to help others and navigate difficult conversations.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills.
Must be located within the Pensacola, FL area.
Must have availability on all Saturdays or Sundays and a 6‑day work week with a 9.5‑hour flexible window.
Regular Work Schedule Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Shift times range between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM CST. Current available shift times: 11 AM–8:30 PM, 11:30 AM–9 PM, 12 PM–9:30 PM, 12:30 PM–10 PM, 1 PM–10:30 PM, 1:30 PM–11 PM. Training is onsite Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM CST for a minimum of 45 days, after which an option to move to a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week onsite becomes available.
Pay and Benefits Pay rate: $17.50 per hour. Eligible benefits for this temporary role may include:
