Director of Rehab (COTA)
Broad River Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in Hilliard, Ohio, is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA) to oversee the delivery of high‑quality therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. The role is full‑time and open to OTA or PTA candidates. Prior management experience is preferred. The schedule is flexible.

Oversee department operations and manage therapy services.
Support clinical excellence and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.
Qualifications
Current state licensure.
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
