JOB MISSION:
The Associate Marketing Manager - DTC plays a key role in powering North America's DirecttoConsumer email and SMS programs, bringing campaigns to life with precision, creativity, and flawless execution. You'll own endtoend builds, drive rigorous quality assurance, and ensure every launch lands on time and on brand. This role thrives on organization, sharp project management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. Working closely with crossfunctional partners, you'll help deliver standout customer experiences and highimpact communications that fuel both business growth and brand loyalty. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Execute endtoend email and SMS campaigns, including accurate builds, thorough QA, rendering validation, and ontime deployment Own channel build execution (templates, modules, dynamic content, personalization) and ensure SMS messages meet bestpractice standards for formatting, tone, and customer experience Maintain and enforce email/SMS quality, accessibility, compliance, and governance standards, including consent, preference management, and unsubscribe/optout functionality Manage segmentation and targeting across eCommerce and retail, ensuring accurate audiences and alignment with engagement, consent, and business goals Coordinate crossfunctionally to keep campaigns on track, provide clear status updates, identify risks, and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fastpaced environment REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, with 3-5 years of email/CRM marketing experience (SMS a plus) Proficiency with enterprise ESPs, basic HTML/SQL, and strong QA skills across devices and inboxes Solid grasp of email/SMS best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, compliance, accessibility, and responsive design Strong project management abilities using tools like JIRA or Asana; able to manage multiple priorities Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; detailoriented, analytical, and effective at documenting scalable processes Excellent communicator and crossfunctional collaborator with a proactive, problemsolving mindset Boston, MA Headquarters - (NB) Only Pay Range: $82,000.00 - $105,800.00 - $129,600.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
