Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory; or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
2 years of experience in people management.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross‑functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. The Global Product Solutions Strategy and Operations team partners with each Global Product Solutions leadership team and the regional GTM teams to drive strategic initiatives for the Global Business Organization.
In this role, you will be the critical thought partner to the Managing Director, GPS Measurement, leading a team of individual contributors and driving annual planning, Product OKR definition, quality control for business review content, and cross‑functional product commercialization initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach the Measurement Strategy and Operations team of product strategists.
Business partner with the Measurement GPS leader, advising on product and go‑to‑market sales strategy and ensuring operational excellence.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of presentations for executive reviews.
Lead time‑sensitive product strategy projects, developing prioritized scope and approach in ambiguous situations.
Lead Measurement GPS annual planning and development of Product OKR metrics to track progress on GBO priorities.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $186,000-$270,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits. Compensation details reflect the base salary only; additional packages are not included.
