Role and Responsibilities
Deliver tailored Deltek ERP demonstrations for industry-specific cost accounting clients, showcasing solutions to key challenges and ROI benefits.
Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions aligned with client workflows and business needs.
Participate in discovery sessions to identify client pain points and craft customized solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in Deltek ERP’s.
Industry‑specific cost accounting knowledge to guide clients' decision‑making.
Partner with sales teams to develop strategies and presentations for key accounts.
Assist in gathering business requirements and system design specifications.
Demonstrate knowledge of setup and process flow for respective modules.
Troubleshoot and problem solve for clients within the Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint programs.
Document implementation and system related issues and participate in the collaborative resolution of these issues.
Understand and follow the project plan for client implementations (timeline, budget, schedule, statement of work, training plan, etc.).
Conduct Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint application training.
Deliver presentations and trainings to clients and internal teams.
Education, Experience, and Skills
Technical Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Deltek ERP solutions; industry‑specific knowledge.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience; 2+ years in software pre‑sales or Deltek end‑user experience.
Presentation/Communication: Skilled in using platforms such as Teams and Webex; with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem‑Solving: Strong business acumen, with the ability to align software functionality to business processes; collaborative mindset with a history of cross‑departmental coordination.
Deltek ERP knowledge required.
Working Knowledge of Microsoft365 Applications.
ERP application implementation and go‑live experience.
Project planning and management capabilities.
