Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Contact Center Representative to support our healthcare operations. This role is responsible for medical scheduling, patient registration, and delivering high-quality service while maintaining strict patient confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare or contact center environment and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume contact center environment
Schedule medical appointments accurately and efficiently
Complete patient registration and update electronic medical records (EMR)
Ensure compliance with patient privacy regulations and protection of PHI
Provide excellent customer service while managing patient expectations
Document all interactions clearly and accurately
Support patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information
Contribute to a positive team environment and support employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a contact center, customer service, or healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical scheduling and patient registration processes
Understanding of patient privacy requirements (PHI compliance)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently with self-initiative
Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Strong listening skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Certification or ability to pass the Health Care Language Proficiency or Interpreter Assessment (via MasterWord Interpreter Services) if providing non-English communication
