Highlights of the Dining Services Director Position
The Dining Services Director plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operations of the Dining Services Department
Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame
Follows menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions
May be required to act as lead Chef up to 3 days per week

The salary range for this position is $70,340 to $86,500. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.
