Responsibilities

Work, sell and close deals with identified retail partners and follow up on leads from the BASF field team.

Collaborate with BASF sales and marketing to meet country‑level sales targets related to xarvio FIELD MANAGER.

Proactively engage target customers, raising awareness by attending key events focused on retailers, bio‑refineries, and growers.

Gather, compile, and act on customer feedback to improve solutions.

Promote BASF Digital Farming products at meetings and events, serving as the DF or xarvio representative at BASF trade show booths.

Lead demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars on BASF Digital Farming tools, and coordinate employee training for adoption.

Maintain expert knowledge of platforms and tools to represent internal and external projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Agriculture Sciences, or related field.

10+ years experience in a sales role within the agriculture and/or biorefinery industry, with deep agronomic expertise.

Digital agriculture experience; retail agriculture experience is a plus.

Strong communication skills and experience training or leading webinars.

Knowledge of farming practices and equipment.

Robust computer skills, proficient in MS Office, web‑based applications, and digital customer engagement tools.

Strong networking and collaboration skills across teams.

Familiarity with BASF products or willingness to learn.

Paid range for this role: $132,000 - $181,500.
