Our client is a rapidly growing fashion and lifestyle brand with retail locations across the U.S. This newly created Marketing Director will report to the Founders and be responsible for oversight of all marketing strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally with Creative, Digital, Retail, and Events teams to bring integrated, 360° marketing strategies to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated marketing plans across digital, social, content, influencer, retail, and experiential channels to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and loyalty
- Collaborate with Digital partners to optimize marketing performance across owned and paid platforms throughout the full funnel
- Work alongside Retail and Events teams to plan and execute standout store events, product launches, and brand moments
- Own and manage the marketing budget, including shoots, events, influencer programs, and partnerships, ensuring strong ROI and fiscal discipline
- Oversee social media strategy and execution, staying ahead of platform trends, emerging formats, and cultural moments
- Guide paid social and influencer strategies in partnership with Digital, with a focus on performance and storytelling
- Lead and develop the Influencer & Community function, building programs that drive awareness, credibility, engagement, and conversion
- Oversee social content strategy and channel management to ensure consistency, innovation, and brand relevance
- Identify and cultivate sponsorships and partnerships that support brand initiatives and events
- Partner closely with Creative leadership to ensure all marketing assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand vision
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team through goal setting, coaching, and career development
- Bring fresh ideas, cultural insights, and new approaches that evolve the brand and spark conversation
- Monitor competitive brands and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of marketing experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail brands
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of brand marketing across digital, social, influencer, experiential, and traditional channels
- Strong strategic thinking paired with analytical rigor and attention to detail
- Experience working in fast-paced, founder-led or high-growth environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, reprioritize quickly, and execute with confidence
- Passion for building brands with cultural relevance and emotional connection
